I am helping people to be relax from daily stressful life and also from some stress related illness since 16 years.We practise and teach a form of meditation that relaxes the mind and nurtures a healthy balance between our inner and outer worlds. Through numerous social service activities and partnerships, we promote spiritual understanding, leadership with integrity and elevated actions towards a better world.

 Meditation is a self-healing process; any form of stress is a sign of our negative thinking and this ease within  our mind. If we don't attend to this ease in the  mind we may find that chronic stress can lead to disease of  the body.

 The aim of free meditations is to bring inner peace within our self and the world in a 
 positive and spiritual way. The world is not a peaceful place and within every soul there is some form of  tension and stress. It is therefore essential to create  positive and peaceful thoughts to bring peace to ourmind. Meditation is one of the best methods to bring abouttransformation and nurture the natural qualities  within.

By turning  on the Relaxation Response it takes you out of the  stress zone and restores the body to balance. There is  abundant medical research supporting this finding.
